Felicitation Ceremony

We had the privilege of attending the felicitation ceremony of Padma Shri awardee Dr. Ashok Singh, held at Royal Palace, Banshibazar in Ghazipur.

Dr. Singh’s pioneering contributions to agricultural research—particularly in the development of advanced rice varieties, hybrid rice innovation, and plant genetics—have significantly transformed the field, enhancing productivity and offering new direction to modern farming practices.

The event brought together BJP office bearers and esteemed members of the community, creating a meaningful platform to celebrate excellence, innovation, and dedication to nation-building through science.

गाजीपुर जिले के पद्म श्री सम्मान प्राप्त डॉ. अशोक सिंह के स्वागत कार्यक्रम रॉयल पैलेस बंशीबाजार में सम्मिलित हुआ।

डॉ.अशोक सिंह ने अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में अनुकरणीय कार्य करते हुए विशेष रूप से चावल की नई उन्नत किस्मों के विकास, हाइब्रिड चावल पर अनुसंधान तथा प्लांट जेनेटिक्स से जुड़े अनेक महत्वपूर्ण शोध कार्य किए हैं।

उनके शोध कार्यों से कृषि विज्ञान को नई दिशा मिली है और किसानों की उत्पादकता में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है।

कार्यक्रम में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के पदाधिकारीगण एवं प्रतिष्ठित समाजसेवी उपस्थित रहे।
